From a young age, it was clear that Tim wanted to become a lawyer, and during his studies, his passion for labor law was truly ignited. This passion for the field and the desire to assist clients in the maze of legal regulations led Tim to complete a master's degree in labor law at Leiden University in 2024. Tim had obtained his degrees in Tax Law and Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Shortly after completing the master's degree, Tim started at De Haij & Van der Wende as a legal assistant with the intention of starting the Professional Training in 2025.

Within De Haij & Van der Wende, Tim focuses on Labor Law.

In addition to his work, Tim is an avid runner who doesn't hesitate to run 15 kilometers. He also hits the squash court every week, enjoys going to the gym, and is a big fan of classical piano music.
