Commercial redundancy/reorganisations

An employer may organize and shape his organization as he wishes. Reorganizations do not always result from a financial loss. Even with a technological or organizational change, a company may need to be restructured. A reorganization can result in job losses. This is referred to as a business economic dismissal. Also, due to the corona crisis, many entrepreneurs have had to reorganize their organization to comply with the 1.5-meter society and have to dismiss employees. An employer must then comply with the dismissal rules of the UWV and apply for a dismissal permit.
